I really like Halls , they have a good variety of designer items . I really liked Mrs Harriet Julo she went out of her ways to find me gift boxes of the purses i purchased since it was a gift I had said that to her . Excellent customer services and she is super friendly!

Never been here because I knew that I could not afford to shop here. Long story short, I was assisted by Ms. Harriet. She helped me find a gift. Inspite of the fact that I told her what I could not afford, she never gave up. She continued to show me items in different areas. Ultimately, I made a nice purchase for my wife. Even though a coworker tried to direct me to the concierge for gift wrapping, Ms. Harriet corrected her and walked me to where I needed to go. Impeccable customer service!

This is my favorite store. Everyone always asks if I’ve been helped and is very friendly. Mark is helping me put together a wardrobe and they carry great quality brands I hadn’t known of before. Everything in the store is quality and the selection is great. They have good sales too. I drive almost three hours to come here every once in a while and spend a few hours in the store.

My wife and I shopped at Halls recently while in town from Texas for a Chief’s game. She grew up going to Halls department store. I went to men’s department to look for a sweater, perhaps anything i needed for my wardrobe that might be on sale. I met Anthony Madison. He was fantastic and I give him a big shout out for helpfulness, knowledge, professionalism, and great customer service (something very hit and miss these days!). I left the store with two pair of men’s dress shoes, a sport coat, socks, AND the sweater I was looking for. Some of these items were on sale and some not. That’s not my point here. My review is to applaud Anthony and his manager (I forgot her name) for doing a few things very well that sadly are hard to find these days: be helpful and knowledgeable, willing and able to help the customer get what they want, go the extra mile to work with someone, give them good advice with good taste, and project true customer service! Kudos to them and also the alterations staff (Lan)! I was so glad I went to Halls. I see the other review here where someone did not experience what I did. My wife felt a little concern about women’s department but if your a man go to Men’s Department and look for Anthony and you will be taken care of.

We visited Halls Kansas City for the first time last weekend, and it was an amazing experience! The store is absolutely beautiful, with a great selection of high-end items. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind shopping destination in Kansas City. The atmosphere, quality, and service make it a must-visit for anyone looking for something special. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite stores to shop. The Men's Shoe 👞 Department and Clothing Department service is just TOP TIER 🎩 every time, as well as the young gentleman in the Women Shoes 👠. They give you room to shop 🛍 not pushy to make a sale which I L❤️VE. . …

I have grown up going to this store, I love this store. The workers here are literally like family. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and throughout those years my favorite Jill has sent me birthday cards, graduation presents and so on. I use La Mer and because of it I receive compliments on my skin on a daily basis and where else would I buy my products except for at Halls! Love this store and love the people who work there!

We had browsed the store last weekend after visiting SEALIFE at Crown Center. My wife really liked a pair of men’s gloves for me. I pointed out to her I had several pairs already including a nice pair of insulated black leather ones. She was still mentioning that she really would like to get this pair of Loden green gloves that were discounted 25% the following Sunday, and then I noticed they were having final clearance on already discounted items. Well the gloves were not further discounted but we did have a nice experience picking up the gloves and also a nice sweater for an upcoming trip. Lawrence was very helpful and engaging on our first visit and Mike was also on our return trip. Mike was just the right combination of available without being overbearing. He also spent time explaining the new parking system to make sure we received our parking validation. When I commented on trying not to make a mess of the sweater display when I was trying them on, he assured me not to worry. We felt like we received good value with the discounts offered, however I could not see shopping there at full price.
